LEON Academy · now recruiting

Strength is common.
Strength with manners is rare.

You train hard, you stay calm under pressure, you were raised to respect people. LEON Academy turns that into a profession: paid work as a licensed LEON agent, protecting clients and the women who press a LEON Connect button.

The promise

We do not want fighters. We want protectors.

A LEON agent is the person who makes trouble stop without a punch being thrown: by standing in the right place, speaking in the right tone, and knowing exactly what the law allows. Think of the man in Nice who stood in front of a shop and kept the people inside safe. That instinct is what we look for. We add the training, the licence and the pay.

"The best intervention is the one nobody notices."

Paid, declared work

LEON agents are employees, not freelancers chasing rides. A contract, a payslip, hours tracked in the LEON agent app, and missions on the Riviera, in Paris, Geneva and Courchevel as we open.

Training that makes you better

Values, etiquette, de-escalation, the legal framework, first aid, close protection and driving. You leave a more complete professional, wherever you go next.

A career, not a gig

Chauffeur-protection, close protection, LEON Connect response, then team lead and trainer. LEON keeps its agents on payroll as the company grows.

The curriculum

Six modules. One standard.

Every LEON agent, whatever their background, goes through the same programme and is assessed on the same standard before their first mission.

01

Etiquette & conduct

Bringing back good manners: how to greet, dress, speak and behave with clients, and above all how to act with women: with respect, at the right distance, never familiar.

  • Presentation and dress code
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Respect and consent, without exceptions
02

De-escalation

Ending a confrontation without force: positioning, voice, body language, and reading a situation before it turns.

  • Verbal de-escalation
  • Creating physical distance
  • When to step back and call the police
03

Legal framework

What a private agent may and may not do. Self-defence and its limits, citizen's arrest rules, data and image rights, and how to write an incident report.

  • Proportionality and legitimate defence
  • Working alongside the police
  • Incident reports that stand up
04

First aid

Being the person who helps first: recognising an emergency, alerting the right service, and giving the first gestures while help arrives.

  • Recognised first-aid certificate
  • Bleeding, unconsciousness, cardiac arrest
  • Calling 15 / 112 clearly
05

Close-protection basics

Accompanying a client: walking formations, entering and leaving venues and vehicles, route choice, and staying aware without being intrusive.

  • Advance and route planning
  • Venues, crowds and exits
  • Working with dispatch and the LEON app
06

Driving standards

For agents who drive: smooth, defensive, punctual driving, care of the vehicle, and the LEON standard from the door opening to the last goodbye.

  • Defensive and comfortable driving
  • Vehicle checks and presentation
  • Chauffeur-protection routine
Who we recruit

Strong, disciplined and kind. The last one is the rarest.

MMA & combat sports

Fighters, boxers, judokas, grapplers. You already have discipline, fitness and control under pressure; we teach you to use them without ever having to fight.

Ex-forces & public safety

Former military, gendarmes, police officers, firefighters. You know procedures and chains of command; we add the civilian, client-facing side.

Hospitality & VIP service

Hotel, concierge, yacht and event staff. You already know how to treat a client; we add the protection skills and the licence.

The requirements, plainly

  • A clean criminal record. It is checked, and there are no exceptions.
  • In France, private security work requires a professional card from the CNAPS (Conseil national des activités privées de sécurité). No card, no mission. If you do not have it yet, we tell you which certified training to follow; LEON Academy does not replace it.
  • For driving roles: a full driving licence, and in France a VTC card to carry passengers.
  • In other countries, the local licence where the law requires one (for example in Switzerland or Monaco).
  • The right to work in the country, a good level of French or English, and a smart, sober presentation.

Who we turn away

  • Anyone looking for a fight
  • "Vigilantes" and street-justice ideas: we work with the law and the police, never instead of them
  • Anyone who does not treat women with respect
  • Anyone who wants to carry a weapon
How the week works

A typical Academy week.

Classroom in the morning, practice in the afternoon, and real conditions by the end of the week.

Monday

Values & etiquette

What LEON stands for, how a LEON agent looks, speaks and behaves. Role-play with clients.

Tuesday

De-escalation

Scenarios on the mats: the harassed guest, the aggressive drunk, the crowd at the door.

Wednesday

Law & first aid

What the law allows, writing a report, and a full first-aid session.

Thursday

Protection & driving

Walking formations, venues and vehicles, then the LEON driving standard on the road.

Friday

In the field

Shadowing a senior agent on a real mission, then the assessment and your feedback.

After the Academy

Successful candidates who hold the required licences are offered a contract and their first missions through the LEON agent app.

Not yet licensed?

We point you to the certified training for the CNAPS card and keep your place for the next Academy intake once you have it.

Always learning

Regular refreshers, feedback from clients and dispatch, and a path to become a team lead or Academy trainer.
